Shipping, refunds & privacy
Straightforward terms, written the way I actually run Fenplug. Anything unclear, just ask.
Shipping
- Orders ship once payment clears. Delivery to any country takes 2–5 days.
- Every order gets a tracking number, sent to the WhatsApp, Telegram or email you checked out with.
- If a parcel stalls in transit, message me and I chase the courier for you.
Refunds & replacements
- Wrong item, missing item or damaged in transit: send photos within 48 hours of delivery and I replace it or refund you in full.
- Refunds go back on the same method you paid with. Crypto refunds are sent to a wallet you confirm in chat.
- Sealed fragrances and opened electronics can't be resold, so those are replaced rather than refunded unless the fault is mine.
Payments & currency
- All prices are listed and charged in USD ($).
- Card payments run through the secure Shopify checkout — card details never touch this site.
- Crypto payments (BTC, ETH, USDT and more) are processed by NOWPayments and confirm automatically.
- Apple gift cards are confirmed by hand, usually within minutes during working hours.
- If your bank card is in another currency, your issuer converts at their own rate.
Privacy
- I collect only what's needed to fulfil an order: name, contact handle, delivery address and your order notes.
- Your details are never sold or shared, and are only passed to the courier handling your parcel.
- Chat images and messages are stored so your order history stays available to you.
- Want your data removed after delivery? Ask in chat and I delete it.

What payment methods do you accept?+
Crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, SOL and 100+ more) and Apple gift cards. Crypto invoices confirm automatically; gift cards are checked by hand, usually within minutes.
How do I pay with crypto?+
Pick Crypto at the payment step, choose your coin, and you get a fresh invoice with an address and exact amount. Send the full amount in one transfer — once the network confirms, your order flips to Paid automatically.
How does the Apple gift card payment work?+
Enter the gift card code (or upload a clear photo of it) at the payment step. I verify the balance myself and confirm your order in chat. Cards must cover the full order total.
Do you accept Apple Pay, Google Pay or cards?+
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay run through the secure Shopify checkout on the product pages. The crypto and gift card routes live here on the Fenplug checkout.
Is my payment safe?+
Yes. Crypto invoices are generated by the payment processor, not by me, and no card details ever touch this site. Every order gets a 5-digit order ID you can track any time.
When does my order ship?+
As soon as payment clears. Delivery is 2–5 days to any country, and you get tracking in chat or on the tracking page.
How much is shipping?+
Flat-rate worldwide shipping, and it's free on every order over $70.
How do I track my order?+
Use the tracking page with your 5-digit order ID, or open My orders on the device you ordered from. You also get automatic status updates in chat.
Can I get my confirmation again?+
Yes — open your order and tap Resend confirmation, and the full receipt lands back in your chat.
What if the payment fails or I sent the wrong amount?+
Nothing is lost. Message me on WhatsApp with your order ID and I'll either top up the invoice or issue a new one.
Do you offer refunds?+
If an item is unavailable after you've paid, you get a full refund or a swap for anything of equal value — your call.
